Why does every site need a care plan?
A website is software. WordPress, plugins, and security certificates all need regular updates, and without them sites slow down, break, or get hacked. The care plan handles all of it, so your site keeps working and you always have someone to call.
What’s included in hosting?
Fast hosting on a New Jersey server, an SSL certificate for the padlock in the browser, daily backups, security monitoring, and uptime monitoring that alerts us if your site goes down.
What happens if my site gets hacked or breaks?
We monitor for problems and fix them. If something goes wrong, we restore your site from a recent backup, usually before you’d even notice.
What counts as an edit on the Pro plan?
Small changes like updating hours, prices, text, photos, adding a staff member, or posting a special. Pro includes one hour of edits each month. Bigger projects, like new pages, are quoted up front.
Can I make changes myself?
Yes. Your site is built on WordPress, and we’ll show you how to update the basics. The care plan covers the technical upkeep either way.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Many businesses start on Essential and move to Pro or Growth as they grow. Just let us know.
Do I own my site if I’m on a care plan?
Yes. Your domain, content, and site belong to you. If you ever leave, we’ll hand everything over.
