Pricing & payment
How much does a website cost?
Flat-rate builds start at $597 for a one-page site, $1,297 for up to 5 pages, and $2,497 for up to 10 pages with a blog and local SEO. E-commerce sites start at $3,500. Every site also includes a care plan starting at $79/month.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% when your site launches. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
Are there any extra costs?
Only if you choose add-ons, like extra pages ($150 each), copywriting ($100 per page), or a booking system. Everything is priced up front before any work starts.
Is the mockup really free?
Yes. Tell us about your business and we’ll send a mockup of your new homepage within 48 hours. No cost and no obligation.
Timeline & process
How long does it take to build a website?
Most 5-page sites launch in about 7 days once we have your content and photos. Rush delivery is available for an additional 25%.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo (if you have one), photos of your business, and basic info like services, hours, and contact details. We’ll send a simple checklist. Don’t have content? We can write it for you.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds of revisions are included with every build.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Redesigns are most of what we do. We keep what works, fix what doesn’t, and protect the Google rankings you already have.
Ownership & care plans
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once your site is paid for, your domain, content, and site belong to you.
Why is a care plan required?
Websites need regular updates, backups, and security monitoring to stay fast and safe. The care plan covers all of that, plus hosting, so there’s no separate hosting bill.
Is there a minimum term for care plans?
Care plans have a 12-month minimum, then continue month to month. After the first year, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What happens if I cancel?
We’ll transfer your site files and help move it to your new host. It’s your site, and you keep it.
Google & SEO
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site includes on-page SEO setup: page titles, descriptions, local business schema, and fast load times. For stronger local rankings, our Local SEO services and Growth plan go further.
Can you guarantee a #1 ranking?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google controls rankings. We do the work Google rewards, and we’re honest about results.
Do you set up Google Business Profiles?
Yes. Profile setup or cleanup is $249, and ongoing management is included in the Growth care plan.
